If you prefer to hire one of candidates on a permanent basis, we charge a one off fee for this. 10% of the first years’ annual salary.
The great thing about this is that we also guarantee this placement. Should the employee leave within the first year then we will provide a replacement free of charge.
If you have a short term contract, seasonal or project demands then this may be the best option for you. We will take care of the full hiring process along with payrolling your employee on your behalf.
Should you wish to take the employee on permanently after 12 weeks you can hire them on a permanent basis as no extra cost to your business. This is called our ‘temp to perm’ option.
